MOBILITY ISSUES?

The route is easy-paced with regular stops and designed to be comfortable for most guests. The tour is designed to be accessible for all guests, however, if you have any specific concerns, feel free to contact us before booking.

PRACTICAL DETAILS
  • Bring comforatble shoes and an appetite.
  • You’ll receive full details after booking.
  • The tour will last around 3 hours.
  • We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the tour start. If you are arriving late, please let your guide know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but the tour may not be able to wait.
WHAT LANGUAGE?

Since the tour is guided by locals, our tours are delivered in English. However, tour guides may slip into their local “Llanito” tongue every now and then!

PRIVATE TOURS?

Yes, we do offer private experiences for groups, including corporate bookings and special occasions. Please get in touch to arrange a tailored premium experience.

ARE DRINKS INCLUDED?

Drinks are only included on 1 of the stops along the tour, however, you can purchase a drink separately at any of our stops along the way. We also recommend you bring your own drinks bottle to start the tour.

CANCELLATION

We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour may not be eligible for a refund.

RESCHEDULING
You can reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your tour, subject to availability. Just get in touch with us and we’ll help arrange this.

WEATHER
Despite the typical good weather, tours will run during most weather conditions. Should there be severe weather conditions, we’ll contact you directly to reschedule or offer a full refund.
